first off im overweight.
im 13 and weigh 155. i seriously am gonna lose as much weight as i can in the next 4 months. i want to be at most 130,by waking up an hour before usual to exercise of course along with diet.
my mom is obviously the ‘food provider’ and she is not a very healthy eater and she doesnt like cooking bc it ‘messes up the kitchen’ even when its dirty anyway. and so we have to eat out. i like making good decisions like getting a grilled chicken sandwich or salad or whatever but i hate facing my mom. ya see i dont like when my mom or my brother or anyone knows that im on a diet. it makes me nervous when my mom runs up to me just to ask what the scale said.
so today shes like what u eat for lunch.? and i said i ate a turkey sandwich and an orange just like i did. sounds healthy right? um no apparently im not alowwed to eat bread bc it turns to sugar according to her. and shes like ‘i dont want you to be 200 lbs like me’ and i say ‘im not gonna do that’ and you know what she says.?

and the other day she said the exact same thing she said before but that time was bc i had like 2 fries. shes been onto my weight since 4th grade and its franquely affect my life A LOOOOTT since then. she destroyed my confidence. i remember in 4th grade i always tried diets and all she let me eat was chicken and vegg. to a fourth grader thats really not fun. so i tried eating ONE cracker and she yelled at me! ive been trying diets ever since then but i never succeed bc my mom is always like u wannna bake a cake or wanting to try some recipe after ive already eaten enough that day.
